These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, promotions, and payments on the pk3 platform (https://pk3.world). By accessing pk3 and using any of its services, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms.

Single Account Policy

Only one pk3 account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. Running multiple accounts from the same device or network is strictly prohibited.

• If unauthorized access to your account is detected, contact pk3 support immediately.
• Pk3 reserves the right to close any account that was registered using false or inaccurate information.

Pk3 currently supports deposits via all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Deposits are typically processed instantly.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made under a third party's name are not accepted and any such transactions will be cancelled.
• If a deposit fails, contact support — your credit will be returned automatically.

Withdrawing funds from pk3 is simple and fast, though certain conditions must be met to ensure security.

Key Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• If you have a bonus balance, withdrawals may be on hold until the applicable wagering requirements are met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, pk3 may temporarily hold withdrawals pending an investigation.

• When the account holder submits a closure request themselves.

To close your account, email pk3 support. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to you.

Pk3 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, account holders will be notified in advance by email or SMS.
